"Having graduated as a civil engineer in 1983, my career has been spent in and around the construction industry, starting with a short service commission in the Royal Engineers.  Since leaving the army, I have spent more than 20 years in the property business, in and around Kent and Sussex; starting as a project manager on small to medium sized projects (budgets up to £6m), then progressing on to become MD of niche developer Honeygrove Properties Ltd (turning over £20m per year at its peak), specialising in the luxury residential market.

Four years ago, I set up ROI Projects Ltd., with a view to using my experience and contacts to help others fulfil their property needs and ambitions.

I am only interested in assisting in situations where my team can add tangible value but perhaps surprisingly, projects don’t have to be big to benefit hugely from the right level of help at the right time.  Obviously, benefits include saving money but actually it is the more subtle benefits, which are often equally important: avoiding unnecessary aggravation, staying in control (both physically as well as financially) and removing worry.  I would also be pleased to help in situations where things have gone wrong and where experienced help is needed to restore equilibrium."
