Our guiding principle is that we will only agree to help if we genuinely believe that we can add substantially more value than the cost of our fees. Each case is different and therefore we like to meet our prospective clients as early as possible in the process (the initial meeting is free of charge and without obligation), we will then consider your specific needs and design a package of support, to meet those needs. In terms of fees, we will look to identify what benefits we would bring to the project and then structure our fee as a percentage of the value of that benefit. We also understand the importance of cashflow and therefore the need to time our payments to minimise any adverse effect on project cashflow. |
